Great Warranty, No Runaround., 2010-01-05
Purchased warrnty for Dsi I purchased for my daughter. Called Square Trade when the top screen stopped working and had resolution within 5 days. Money was conveniently transferred to my pay pal account with no hassles whatsoever. She had a new dsi in less than 10 days. I was very happy we had it and very relieved that it was so easy to use.

I bought an XBOX 360 off Ebay, probably not even a month later I got the infamous Red Ring of Death. Because my 360 was refurbished, Microsoft would not fix it, luckily I had bought a SquareTrade Warranty just for that reason, and boy am I glad I did. I set up a claim which was a breeze, they gave me the shipping slip to print off for free, I went down to the UPS store, paid about $10 for them to package it up. Due to the holiday season it did take a little bit for them to get the money back, but no complaints there. I was fully reimbursed and couldn't be happier, will use SquareTrade again without a doubt.
Extended Warranty Garmin GPS, 2009-12-25
Purchased a Garmin GPS Nov 10,2008 had a factory warranty for 1 year. Purchased a additional warranty for 1 year till Nov 2010. Well on or about Nov 20-2009 ten days after factory warranty expired my GPS was acting up to say the least. Contacted Squaretrade, shipped my item to them with there mailing label and the full purchased price refunded Dec 21, 2009. No problems at all cost of warranty $15.99. Refunded me $127.75. Cannot beat this deal. A honest company to deal with.

I purchased a 3 year warranty on a xbox 360 that I purchased on ebay it stopped powering up a year later. I contacted squaretrade after they inspected the xbox they gave me the full purchase price back.With no problems. I will purchase more warranties from squaretrade.
Square Trade Warranty, 2009-11-28
I bought an X-Box last Christmas time for my husband and I also got the warranty from Square Trade. Sure enough the X-Box 360 started ruining CD's. We called Square Trade and very quickly got our purchase price back. They were wonderful to deal with. I have no complaints and would recommend it to anyone to use this service. I may not have the X-Box but I have my money back and am not stuck with a bad X-Box.
